Making a booking
Gunuma Lodge accommodation is available to Full Members, Summer Members, and their registered co-members.
Only members have access to the online booking system. Guests must be booked in by their sponsoring member.
How bookings work
Gunuma’s booking system follows a structured four-round process, with bookings accepted in the order they are submitted. This approach ensures fairness and equal opportunity for all Members. To secure your preferred dates, become familiar with the process and book promptly when your round opens.
Who can book
Only registered Members have access to the booking system.
- Booking Rounds 1–3: Members may book for themselves and their children aged up to 24 years.
- If your child is approaching 25 years, we recommend adding them to the winter membership waitlist to maintain future access.
Encouraging shared accommodation
To make the most of the lodge’s capacity and allow more families to enjoy their stay, Members are encouraged to share rooms where possible. Reducing single occupancy helps maximise availability and supports the lodge’s community-focused ethos.
Before you book
- All bookings must comply with the Gunuma Lodge Booking Rules (available in the Members hub).
- Rooms vary in bedding configuration — review the Floor Plan (available in the Members hub) before booking.
- Parking is limited to six spaces and must be booked separately (see Parking page).

- Member Bookings — For Full Members, Summer Members, and co-members with login access.
- Guest Bookings — For guests staying under the sponsorship of a member (member must make the booking).
